Waitangi
On Thursday and Friday the year Sixes went to the Waitangi Treaty grounds. In the morning we all grabbed our shoes and shirts. After that we walked down to where the bus was going to pick us up. We had to wait for ages because the bus driver wasn't told about picking us up. When we finally got to the museum Whaea Kerry took us up stairs to the learning room. There was so much cool stuff. There were Coding Robots, Green Screen, Stop Motion but my favourite object was the Virtual Reality. The class was split into two groups, the first group stayed and played with all the cool stuff and the other group went on a walk around the grounds. I walked around the grounds first. We saw lots of cool trees and birds as well as Ngatokimatawhaorua. (a waka). When we got back we switched activities we were put into two groups and I was with Vaughan. We were learning how to use all of the new technology. What me and Vaughan did first was stop motion. The next day we were starting our projects, we had to create a hoe on Paint 3D, (another cool activity that was there). The hoe had to resemble our family, I added lots of designs. Then we all said bye to Whaea Monika and Whaea Kerry.
