Stay Fit With P.E

At Paihia School Te Maunga and Te Ngahere  have been doing athletics. We were doing this because athletics day is coming up this term. We were learning to develop more complex movement sequences and strategies in a range of situations and demonstrate consistency and control of movement in a range of situations. There were five groups and five activities High jump, long jump, sprints, shot put and discus. My favourite activity was the sprints and relays because I really enjoy running. The hardest one for me was probably shot put and getting the throw right. 
I can’t wait for athletics day.
